The illustrative model shows the proposed mechanism by which PEDF inhibits lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis in NPC via downregulation of VEGF-C expression in nasopharyngeal cancer cells and inhibits the proliferation, migration, tube formation of hLECs, and promote its apoptosis.
