MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with oleandrin for 10 h. A Immunofluorescence analysis of cells stained with CRT and Hoechst 33342. Scale bar = 20 μm. Intensities of the cell membrane and intracellular expressions of CRT were quantified with ImageJ software (Version 1.51j8) and plotted. B Cells were stained with CRT and PI, and detected by flow cytometry. The CRT-positive and PI-negative cells were showed in representative dot plots and quantification data. Data are presented as mean ± standard error of the mean from three independent experiments (*p < 0.05). ole, oleandrin.
