A After transplantation with 50–100 U87MG-RFP cells (red fluorescence), the injected embryos were transferred to a 96-well plate containing drug and incubated for 96 h. The embryos were imaged with a fluorescence microscope to detect tumor growth. Scale bar: 100 μm. B The relative increase in fluorescence intensity was determined by dividing the measured values by the fluorescence intensity of the tumor in the same embryo at 0 days after implantation.
