A MIO-M1 cells were transfected with AAV-CAG-TRB3-GFP plasmid. Seventy-two hours post-transfection, the cells were harvested, and protein extracts were separated running polyacrylamide gel. Images of western blots stained with anti-TRB3 and anti-pAKTSer473 antibodies are shown. B Quantitation of p-AKT normalized to AKT is shown. About a 50% reduction in p-AKT level was observed (n = 4).
