A U87 and U251 cell lines with single gene knockdown were treated with 0, 6, 12, and 18 Gy/min irradiation, and cell viability was measured using a CCK8 assay. B The U87 and U251 cell lines were transfected with CARHSP1, KIAA0895, FBMIL1, and STRA6 knockdown plasmid. Time-course cell proliferation experiments (4 h, 24, 48 h, 72 h) under 12 or 15 Gy/min irradiation were detected by CCK8. Data were represented as means ± SD of three independent experiments.
