B Intracellular BH3 profiling was performed on PC9 tumor cells to measure in vivo mitochondrial priming after drug treatment in PC9 tumor bearing SCID-beige mice. We analyzed cells by flow cytometry for cytochrome c positive cells %. Graphs represent the means of three independent experiments ± standard deviation. Table represent the means of three independent BIM EC50 ± 95% confidence intervals (CI), BIM area under curve (AUC) ± 95% confidence intervals (CI) and significance is determined according to two-tailed unpaired t test. *P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
