A Dead cells were stained by Trypan blue and detected by Countess™ II FL Automated Cell Counter. B SAP130 was detected in the supernatant of dead tubule epithelial cells (TECs) induced by heat stress, while expression was barely detected in normal cells. C–D Mincle and MCP-1 expression was induced in a dose and time-dependent manner in macrophages treated with SAP130-enriched supernatant of dead TECs. E–G SAP130 siRNA transfection reversed the proinflammatory effect caused by dead TECs.
