Expression of miR-4523 (A) and listed mRNAs (C–E) in necrotic femoral head tissues (“N”) and surrounding normal femoral head tissues (“S”) of 30 different DEX-taking patients were examined by qRT-PCR assays. Data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD, n = 30). *P < 0.05 vs. “S” tissues. “n.s.” stands for non-statistical difference (E). Experiments in this figure were repeated three times, and similar results were obtained.
