Wild-type (WT) MDST8 and LoVo cells were treated 25, 50, or 100 nM plicamycin (PLI) or 10 nM, 100 nM, 1 µM everolimus (EVE) for 24 h or 48 h followed by immunofluorescence staining with antibodies specific for cytochrome c and subsequent assessment by confocal microscopy.
