C57BL/6 mice, immunized with 100 µg MOG35-55, admixed with OVA257-264 (n = 10) or with MYH9761-768 (n = 9), were sacrificed at day 29. A Splenocytes were challenged ex vivo for 48 hr with the indicated stimuli and IFN-γ was measured in the supernatants through ELISA.
