C57BL/6 mice were treated with MGO and MET, and physiological and biochemical characteristics were collected regularly and analyzed. At the end of the experiment, blood samples from the mice were collected for analysis. A Bodyweight. B Food intake. C Fasting blood glucose. D Fed glucose. E–G The levels of SOD, CAT, and GSH-Px were measured with the respective kits according to the manufacturer’s instructions. H The MDA content was also measured.
