A, B WT and Brg1LKO mice were subjected to 2/3 PHx and sacrificed 24 h after the surgery. Eotaxin expression levels were evaluated by qPCR and ELISA. N = 6 mice for each group. C, D WT and Brg1LKO mice were injected with APAP (300 mg/kg) and sacrificed 24 h after the injection. Eotaxin expression levels were evaluated by qPCR and ELISA. Each dot in the scatter plot represents a single mouse. N = 6 mice for each group. E, F Primary hepatocytes isolated from WT and Brg1LKO mice were treated with or without HGF (20 ng/ml) for 24 h. Eotaxin expression levels were evaluated by qPCR and ELISA. G Primary hepatocytes isolated from WT and Brg1LKO mice were treated with or without HGF (20 ng/ml) for 24 h.
