A Western blot and quantitative PCR assays were performed to characterize the expression of ARIH2 in the control and ARIH2-knockdown MKN45 and SGC7901 cells. B MTT assays were performed to test the proliferation of the control and ARIH2-knockdown MKN45 and SGC7901 cells. C Plate cloning assays were performed to examine the proliferation of the control and ARIH2-knockdown MKN45 and SGC7901 cells. D BrdU incorporation assays were performed to detect the amount of DNA synthesis in the control and ARIH2-knockdown MKN45 and SGC7901 cells. Data were analyzed using two-tailed Student’s t tests.
