F4/80-CD80 + CD11c + cells B, IFN-γ + CD8 + T cells C, IFN-γ + CD4 + T cells D in the tumor were determined after gating on the live CD45 + cells. IFNγ + CD4 + T cells E in the spleen were determined after gating on the live cells. N = 7 for each group, each symbol represents a single mouse.
