A Cell growth curves obtained using the CCK-8 method showed that TIPE1 decreased the proliferation rate of osteosarcoma cells compared to the control. B Clone formation assays showed that TIPE1 decreased the number of clones by osteosarcoma cells. C Cell cycle progression assay suggested that TIPE1 reduced the proportion of cells in the S phase, as shown by propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry. D–F TIPE1 overexpression reduced tumor growth compared to control (n = 8 mice/group), including tumor volumes and weight, in vivo.
