OC cells were divided into four groups according to treatment factors: negative control (NC), circRNF144B-overepression, circRNF144B-overexpression + Beclin-1-overexpression and circRNF144B-overexpression + rapamycin (RAP) treatment. A Western blotting was used to detect LC3 and P62 in each group of cells. B Confocal microscopy was used to detect the number of autophagosomes and autophagolysosomes in each cell group.
