Quinolin-2-carbonyl-VD(OMe)VAD(OMe)-CH2-O(2,6F2)Ph (referred as TRP601 [31]) and Quinolin-2-carbonyl-VDVAD-CH2-O(2,6F2)Ph (referred as Δ2Me-TRP601) are pentapeptide derivatives. Quinolin-2-carbonyl-VDV-(methyl-isoquinolyl)-D-CH2-O(2,6F2)Ph (referred as LJ2) and Quinolin-2-carbonyl-VDV(3-neopentyl)D-CH2-O(2,6F2)Ph (referred as LJ3), are pentapeptide-derived peptidomimetics.
