A left, Effect of miR-769-5p genetic silencing and ectopic expression in the presence of MS-275 on wound closure. MCs from patients undergoing PD were allowed to reach 100% confluency. MCs were pre-treated with DMSO, MS-275 for 48 h in culture medium supplemented with 10% FCS. Cells were then transfected with si-miR-769-5p or with mimic miR-769-5p in the presence or absence of TGFβ1 and a scratch was performed with a 200 μl tip. Therefore, microphotographs were taken at time 0 and 18 h after the scratch. Representative experiment is shown of TGFβ1 treated MCs of three performed.
