ETS1 drives ovarian cancer cells to release exosomes with larger sizes and increased laminins levels, hence accelerating the exosomes-mediated pro-tumorigenic effects of omental macrophages via the integrin αvβ5/AKT/Sp1 signaling pathway, consequently promoting omental metastasis of ovarian cancer.
