a Incubated whole-cell lysates of HCT8 and CACO2 cells with biotinylated probes specific to KRAS or NC, then RT-qPCR was executed to detect the enrichment of endogenous cir_IFNGR2 and KRAS. The results were expressed as the percentage of pull-down to the input. b Anti-Ago2 were immunoprecipitated with the complex containing miR-30b and KRAS in HCT8 (left) and CACO2 (right) cells using RIP, and then subjected to RT-qPCR analysis to detect the enrichment of miR-30b and KRAS.
