Control-silenced BMDCs or STAT3-silenced BMDCs (with or without TIM-3 overexpression) were adoptively transferred into LD-infected mice (see Fig. 5 legend for experimental details). On the 48th day postinfection, the splenocytes were prepared from these mice for various analyses indicated in panels (AC).
