A, B Mice were injected with three groups of cells (143B, 143B/NGF, or 143B/NGF+Larotrectinib) (n = 5 per group). Mouse body weight and tumor size were measured at indicated time intervals. C–G After six weeks, the mice were humanely sacrificed, and the leg tumor and lung tissue were excised, photographed, and quantified. H–K IHC analysis was performed on the protein expression levels of NGF and MMP-2 in lung tumors, and a positive correlation was observed between the protein expressions of NGF and MMP-2.
