Proliferating and senescent (day 7 after γIR) HCT116 (A), MCF-7 (B) and A549 (C) cells were treated with PX-866 (10 µM) for the indicated times before they were harvested and subjected to western blot analysis. Please see also Fig. 6D (HCT116) and 6F (MCF-7) for the densitometric analysis of p21 protein levels in similarly treated senescent cells with PX-866. The blots shown are representative for at least three independent experiments.
