A Time-dependent expression of ONECUT2, CagA, NFκB (p65), and p-NFκB (s536) proteins in AGS and NCI-N87 GC cells upon infection with carcinogenic HP (ATCC 43054) was assessed by western blotting. Of these, cluster 1 showed increased ONECUT2 expression, which was associated with elevated RELA levels.
