A The excess lipid peroxidation can activate the various cell death pathways, damage plasma membrane and eventually death. Exogenous supplement with Vitamin E (VitE) or the overexpression of GPX4 blocks cell death, including (A) Ferroptosis, (B) Apoptosis, (C) Necroptosis, (D) Pyroptosis, (E) Parthanatos, (F) Autophagy, (G) Cuproptosis. (H) Lysosomal-dependent cell death and (I) NETosis.
