A qRT-PCR assays were conducted to evaluate the expression levels of tsRNA-0032 in the corneas of C57BL/6 mice from the untreated control group (Ctrl) and the suture groups at 3 days, 1 week, and 2 weeks (n = 6). B qRT-PCR assays were conducted to compare tsRNA-0032 expression levels in HLECs exposed to inflammatory stress (LPS, 100 ng/mL) for 6, 12, and 24 h, or left untreated (Ctrl) (n = 4).
