A HCCLM3 and MHCC97H cells were treated with MG132 (15 nM) for the indicated times, and the cell lysates were subjected to immunoblotting. B HCCLM3 and MHCC97H cells were transfected with shNC and shNUB1 for 48 h and then treated with MG132 (15 nM) for 12 h, and the cell lysates were subjected to immunoblotting. C and (D). HCCLM3 and MHCC97H cells were transfected with the indicated plasmid. The cells were subjected to 20 μg /ml CHX exposure at the indicated time, and the degradation of PCNA was detected by immunoblotting. E HCCLM3 and MHCC97H cells were transfected with blank vector, shNUB1 or Flag-NUB1, and then the cell lysates were subjected to Co-IP and immunoblotting.
