A–C Representative images and quantitative analysis of colony formation survival assays were performed on PRKCSH knockdown (PRKCSH-KD) and negative control (NC) cells following radiation at 0, 2, 4, and 6 Gy. In (E, F) apoptotic cells include both early and late apoptotic cells, as determined by Annexin V-APC positivity.
