A A2780 and TOV-21G cells were transiently transfected with siRNA specific for USP43 (si1 or si2) or control siRNA (NC). B CCK-8 assay was employed to study the cell proliferation after silencing USP43 in A2780 and TOV-21G cells (n = 3).
