E14–15d pregnant dams were intraperitoneally injected with 75 µg/kg LPS, and newborn mice were exposed to 65% hyper-oxygen to establish BPD model. On the 7th and 10th day after birth, isotype control antibody or ST2-neutralizing antibody was simultaneously intraperitoneally injected into the pups, and the pups were sacrificed at day 14 post birth. a Design test plots for the use of isotype controls and ST2-neutralizing antibodies. be Lung morphometry was analyzed by H&E staining of tissue samples from surviving pups at day 14 post birth.
