Using the public cancer database cBioPortal, the TCGA PanCancer Atlas cohort of patients affected by clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) was analyzed (N = 512). In A, Kaplan–Meier curves of disease-specific OS stratified by high (EXP > 1) or low (EXP < 1) expression of LGALS3BP.
