ITGB8 was a target of miR-761. Circ-TTBK2 and ITGB8 were expressed at high levels, whereas miR-761 was downregulated in glioma tissues and cells. ITGB8 could regulate tumor growth and metastasis. miR-761, targeted by circ-TTBK2 and ITGB8 mRNA, regulated the aggressive behaviors and ferroptosis.
