A–D CCK-8 and colony formation assays indicated that miR-1305 inhibited CRC proliferation and rescued the pro-proliferation effect of circCOG2. E–H Transwell assay indicated that miR-1305 inhibited CRC cells migration and invasion and rescued the pro-metastasis effect of circCOG2. I Wound healing assay indicated that miR-1305 inhibited CRC cells migration and rescued the pro-migration effect of circCOG2. J Western blot showed that miR-1305 upregulated the expression of E-cadherin and downregulated the expression of vimentin, TGF-β2, SMAD3, and p-SMAD3.
