AD CCK-8 and colony formation assays indicated that miR-1305 inhibited CRC proliferation and rescued the pro-proliferation effect of circCOG2. EH Transwell assay indicated that miR-1305 inhibited CRC cells migration and invasion and rescued the pro-metastasis effect of circCOG2. I Wound healing assay indicated that miR-1305 inhibited CRC cells migration and rescued the pro-migration effect of circCOG2. J Western blot showed that miR-1305 upregulated the expression of E-cadherin and downregulated the expression of vimentin, TGF-β2, SMAD3, and p-SMAD3. Mir-1305 rescued the pro-EMT and TGF-β2/SMAD3 pathway activation effect of circCOG2. *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ****P < 0.000; P values were calculated by Student’s t-test.
