Double immunofluorescence staining with NLRP3 and E-cadherin was performed in CKD-V renal biopsies including diabetic nephropathy (DN), IgA nephropathy (IgAN), lupus nephritis (LN), and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). Para-carcinoma was as controls. Bar = 20 mm. CKD-V chronic kidney disease stage V.
