A MYSM1 overexpressed and knockdown MDA-MB-231 and Hs578T cells and their corresponding negative control cells were treated with or without cisplatin (5 µg/mL) for 48 h. The whole-cell lysate was collected to extract mRNA, and quantitative real-time qPCR was performed to detect mRNA levels.
