A–E HCT-116 colon cancer cells were treated with VTD or DMSO for 48 h. Flow-cytometry experiments followed by FlowJo software analysis revealed that VTD significantly increases Annexin V-positive and Annexin V/PI-positive cell populations in a dose-dependent manner.
