GIST-T1 cells were treated with sh-NC, sh-EZH2, sh-TET1, or sh-EZH2 + sh-TET1. A Western blot analysis of TET1 and p53 protein expression in GIST-T1 cells. Measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. Unpaired t-test was used for two-group data comparison. One-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post-hoc test was used to compare multigroup data. The cell experiment was repeated three times.
