A, B Co-immunoprecipitation assay was conducted to detect the interaction between Flag-NUPR1 and SREBP1proteins in MHCC-97H and SK-Hep1 cells. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-Flag antibody (a) or anti-Srebp1 antibody (b), and then the precipitates were detected with anti-Srebp1 antibody or anti-Nupr1 antibody. C, D The relationship between NUPR1 and SREBP1 was tested by RT-qPCR. E, F The relationship between NUPR1 and SREBP1 was tested by western bolt. G, H HCC cells were transfected as indicated, cells were lysed for immunoblotting of the cytosolic and nuclear SREBP1, the filters were then blotted with anti-Gapdh or anti-Histone3 as loading controls.
