A The predicted binding sites of KLF4 to TGF-β1 promoter by JASPAR database. The direct binding between KLF4 and TGF-β1 promoter was validated by dual luciferase reporter assay (B) and ChIP (C) in CCA cells. qRT-PCR (D) and western blotting (E) analyses of KLF4 expression in paired CCA and non-tumor samples.
