At 48 h after X-ray irradiation, cell morphology (A), survival (B), and clonal formation rate (C) of human pancreatic cancer cell lines PANC-1 and SW1990, as well as murine melanoma cell lines B16 and S91, were determined. Western blot (D), hematoxylin-eosin staining (E), and immunohistochemical analyses (F) were used to detect the expression levels of the malignant proliferative protein markers Ki67 and c-Myc in cells and tumors.
