A Representative histograms of CD13, CD33, CD34, CD38 and CD123 expression in KG-1a cells. PE mouse anti-human CD34, BV421 mouse anti-human CD38, BV605 mouse anti-human CD123, PE-CF594 mouse anti-human CD13 and BV510 mouse anti-human CD33 antibodies were used. PE mouse IgG1, a κ isotype control, was used as an isotype control, and annexin V-FITC or YO-PRO-1 was used to select viable cells. B Effect of PL treatment on the antigen expression level of AML stem/progenitor cell markers in KG-1a cells. Flow cytometry was used to detect the antigen expression of CD13, CD33, CD34, CD38 and CD123. The vehicle (0.2% DMSO) was used as a negative control (CTL). The data are shown as the mean ± S.E.M. of three independent experiments carried out in duplicate. *p < 0.05 compared to CTL by one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test.
