A Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of HIF-1α, VEGFA, Cyclin E2, and Cyclin D1 in U87-Vector/FBXO22/VHL/FBXO22 + VHL cells. B–D CCK8 and colony formation assays were used to analyze the cell proliferation capacity of U87-Vector/FBXO22/VHL/FBXO22 + VHL cells. E–G The migration and invasion abilities of these cells were examined by wound healing and Transwell assay. H, I The metastatic capacity of U87-Vector/FBXO22/VHL/FBXO22 + VHL cells was tested by angiogenesis assay. All the results were confirmed by three times repeated experiments. Statistical analysis was performed using unpaired t-tests. All statistical tests were two-sided. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
