A FAM83A knockdown increased the expression levels of GSK-3β and p-β-catenin, and decreased the expression levels of p-GSK-3β and β-catenin. B FAM83A overexpression increased the protein expression levels of β-catenin and GPX4, as well as the ability of cell growth (C) and clonogenicity (D, E), whereas inhibition of the Wnt/β-catenin (XAV-939) counteracted its function. F FAM83A inhibited ferroptosis (the decreased level of iron content, MDA, ROS, and increased GSH), whereas XAV-939 counteracted its effect.
