A–C THP-1 cells were co-cultured with CM from PDSS2-Del2 overexpressed HCC cells and control cells. The markers of M2-type (A) and M1-type (B) were determined using qPCR. The protein levels of ARG1 C were determined using western blotting; D, E THP-1 cells were co-cultured with CM from PDSS2-Del2 overexpressed HCC cells and control cells.
