  1. IC50 values were determined after 24 h of treatment by the Trypan Blue exclusion test, using the Origin Software, in PANC-1 and MiaPaCa2 cells. Combination index in PANC-1 and MiaPaCa2 cells after different treatment combinations. All the drugs were used at drug concentrations indicated in the first column. Data are means ± s.e.m. of three independent experiments, each carried out in triplicate. CI values were calculated using the Calcusyn software Version 2 (Biosoft). For statistical analysis, Student’s t-test was applied.
