In summary, introducing DDR1-IN-1 to MPNST cells inhibits the collagen-related DDR1/2 signals and performs an anti-MPNST activity. DDRI-IN-1 induces MPNST cell death through autophagy and necroptosis pathway. Under DDR1-IN-1 treatment, the necroptosis signaling also triggers the cell autophagy and enhances the anti-MPNST activity. Created with BioRender.com.
