A–C KYSE30, A2780, and HGC-27 cells were treated with 0, 0.3, 1, and 3 μM gilteritinib for 24 h, before analyzing the proportion of apoptotic cells by flow cytometry, with the percentage of Annexin V/PI-positive cells depicted in bar charts. D–F Cells were treated with 0, 0.3, 1, and 3 μM gilteritinib for 24 h, before determining the cell cycle by flow cytometry, with the cell cycle distributions depicted in bar charts.
