A MAP2K2 expression was analyzed based on the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database of 111 tumor and 12 normal samples for LSCC. B The relative mRNA expression of MAP2K2 in human nasopharyngeal epithelial cells NP-69 and LSCC cell lines AMC-HN-8, TU212, TU686 was evaluated using qPCR. AMC-HN-8 and Tu212 cells transfected with control plasmids, MAP2K2 overexpression plasmids, NC, and simultaneous shEIF3B and MAP2K2 overexpression were subjected to the detection of cell proliferation (C), colony formation (D), cell apoptosis (E), cell migration by wound-healing assay (F) and Transwell assay (G). The representative images were selected from at least 3 independent experiments. The data was presented as the mean ± SD (n = 3). *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
