After 24 h of treatment with different concentrations of DDP, the viability of SLC25A10-overexpressing cells and those with SLC25A10 knockdown was determined by CCK-8 assay (A, B). Cervical cancer cells treated with 4 mg/DDP for 16 h and cultured for 2 weeks were cloned, and the results were quantified (C–E).
