Western blot analysis of p53 protein levels in A HUH7 p53-Y220C, B MCF7 p53-Y220C, and C MCF7 p53 wild-type cells following treatment with JC16 (1), JC36 (2), or JC65 (3) at 60 µM for 24 h. β-actin was used as a loading control. Relative p53 expression levels were quantified by densitometric analysis using ImageJ software and normalized to DMSO-treated controls (set to 1).
